PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic cross-linking rubber polymer composition having excellent rubber characteristics and heat-resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic rubber polymer composition comprises a cross-linked thermoplastic rubber polymer composition comprising a cross-linking rubber polymer (A) and an olefinic resin (B), and a styrene rubber polymer (C), wherein the olefinic resin (B) is fibrillized, and further comprises a thermoplastic polymer (D) containing at least one functional group selected from an oxygen-containing-, nitrogen-containing-, and sulfur-containing-functional group.
