PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of manufacturing a filter for removing foreign matter in a liquid supplied from the outside. SOLUTION: In an inkjet head 3, two diaphragms 40 and 41 are arranged on the top surface of a channel unit 30 in a mutually superposed manner, and a laminate consisting of them constitutes a wall portion which demarcates a pressure chamber 10 and a manifold channel 11. A plurality of through-holes 51 and 52 are each formed almost throughout portions, serving as a wall portion of a manifold channel 15, of the diaphragms 40 and 41. The plurality of through-holes 51 and 52 are each arranged at regular intervals, and the through-hole 52 is superposed astride the two through-holes 51 adjacent to each other in one direction in a plan view. Thus, the filter 50 for removing the foreign matter in the ink for being supplied to the manifold channel 11 is constituted in the portions, in which the plurality of through-holes 51 and 52 are formed, of the diaphragms 40 and 41.
