发明名称 FATIGUE STRENGTH IMPROVING METHOD FOR CUT SURFACE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply heightening the fatigue strength of a cut surface of a steel product, not only in the case of setting the broken-out area percentage under 10% but also in the case of setting the broken-out area percentage equal to or more than 10% in shearing the steel product by a press machine, and shaving the sheared surface to be finished. SOLUTION: After the steel product 1 is sheared by the press machine, the broken-out surface 5 of the sheared surface is shaved toward the shearing surface, whereby the broken-out area percentage to the whole cut surface after shaving is set under 30% to improve the fatigue strength of the cut surface.
