The arrangement has a set of voltage strips (U1) adapted to be connected with a voltage-stabilized power supply. Another set of voltage strips (Uv) is adapted to be connected with an output (AL) for power supply of an inductor, and exhibits resistors (R11-R1n) connectable in series between the voltage strips. Resistance values of the resistors are selected such that the resistors respectively exhibit the specific resistance values. An independent claim is also included for an imaging device for an electron beam system.
