<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management apparatus capable of conveniently designating a document desirably deleted after the end of the print-out or the like of the document without awaiting the end of an output. <P>SOLUTION: The document management apparatus includes: a document storage section 25 for storing documents being management objects; an entry operation section 20 for receiving the designation of a document being an output object from the document storage section 25 and the designation of a document being a delete object from the document storage section 25 after an output of the document; a document output section 26 for outputting the document designated as an output object by the entry operation section 20 from the document storage section 25; and a document delete section 24 for deleting the document designated as the delete object by the entry operation section 20 from the document storage section 25 after completing an output by the document output section 26, and the entry operation section 20 receives the designation of the delete object document before the output by the document output section 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
