<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of transmitting detected data of temperature, distortion, gas, or the like as modulation light by a MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical System) optical modulator. <P>SOLUTION: In the sensor device provided with a sensor terminal circuit 10 and two sensors 131 and 132 to transmit a detection signal to a remote monitoring device through an optical fiber FA, the sensor terminal circuit 10 comprises a processing circuit 112, the MEMS optical modulator 70, a driving circuit 113 and a power supply circuit 110. The processing circuit 112 acquires and processes detection information from the two sensors to generate time series data and transmits the detection information to the driving circuit 112 on the basis of the time series data, the driving circuit 112 drives the MEMS optical modulator 70 by a driving signal corresponding to a signal, and the MEMS optical modulator 70 modulates stationary light transmitted from the monitoring device through the optical fiber FA according to the driving signal, generates an optic signal corresponding to the time series data and transmits the optical signal to the monitoring device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
