<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress that articles eliminated from a rotating body by a cleaning member remain on a part of the cleaning member coming into contact with the rotating body. <P>SOLUTION: A refreshing member 60 is supported by a supporting mechanism 62 so that the refreshing member 60 can move in the width direction of a conveying belt 28 under a condition that the refreshing member 60 is brought into contact with a contacting part of a blade 49 and the conveying belt 28.
