<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box for housing an electrical apparatus which can limit the turning of a door toward the opening side, without having to install a different member. <P>SOLUTION: A shaft 41 for single-openably supporting a front door 2 is formed into a column having a cross section cut into a semicircle, and a hinge hole 31, allowing the shaft 41 to insert therethrough is formed into a sector having an obtuse center angle by protruding a protrusion piece 31a in a circular hole, thereby preventing the front door 2 from moving in the direction of turning. Accordingly, the center angle of the hinge hole 31 is set as required, according to the pivoted position of the front door and the installation environment of a watt-hour meter housing case 1, and can prevent the situation where the contact of the front door 2 on a wall causes damages to the front door 2 itself or the wall, in installing the front door 2 to the wall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
