<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable resin film or sheet that exhibits good film-formation stability, processing aptitudes, matte properties and flexibility and exhibits improved stainproof properties, particularly an excellent stainproof property enough to remove stains by an oily marking pen. <P>SOLUTION: The monolayered matte film or sheet is comprised of 60-97 wt.% of a biodegradable resin (A) comprising a biodegradable aliphatic polyester (a1) having a glass transition temperature Tg of 10°C or lower and 3-40 wt.% of an inorganic filler (B) and/or a particulate polymer (C) (the total of (A), (B) and (C) being 100 wt.%), and has a surface gloss (Gloss: 45°) of at most 60% at least on one surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
