PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device, a navigation method and a navigation program capable of optimizing presentation of distance information to a guide object crossing to a user, when performing guide display by using an actually photographed image. SOLUTION: This navigation device for guiding by presenting the distance information from an own vehicle position to a guide object point to the user is equipped with an offset value acquisition part for acquiring an offset value for offsetting a distance value from the own vehicle position to the guide object point, an offset operation part for performing offset operation for subtracting the offset value from the distance value from the own vehicle position to the guide object point based on the offset value acquired by the offset value acquisition part, and a distance value presentation part for presenting to the user the distance value calculated by the offset operation part as the distance information from the own vehicle position to the guide object point.
