PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed-through multilayer capacitor where equivalent series resistance can be enlarged. SOLUTION: The feed-through multilayer capacitor C1 is provided with a capacitor element assembly L1 having insulator layers 11 to 19, signal inner electrodes 21 to 24, first grounding inner electrodes 42 to 44, and a second grounding inner electrode 41; signal terminal electrodes 1 and 2; grounding terminal electrodes 3 and 4; and connection conductors 7 to 10. The signal terminal electrode 1 is formed on a first side L1a of the capacitor element assembly L1, the signal terminal electrode 2 on a second side L1b, the grounding terminal electrode 3 and the connection conductors 7 and 8 on a third side L1c, and the grounding terminal electrode 4 and the connection conductors 9 and 10 on a fourth side L1. The first inner electrodes 21 to 24 are connected to the signal terminal electrodes 1 and 2. The first and second grounding inner electrodes 41 to 44 are connected to the connection conductors 7 to 10.
