PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-ray floodlight of smaller size, of which the lamp for radiating ultraviolet rays is attached in a light source tube, a reflecting plate is provided at the front end of the light source tube, a translucent plate is provided at the front opening of the reflecting plate, a multilayer film filter that allows the ultraviolet rays emitted from the lamp to be transmitted, but will cut visible light is coated on the translucent plate, and the multilayer film filter can pass the light in a wavelength band, containing the peak wavelength of the lamp in the ultraviolet wavelength region. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-ray floodlight 1 has a configuration with a lamp 2 which radiates ultraviolet rays being attached in a light source tube 3, a reflecting plate 4 provided at the front end of the light source tube 3, a translucent plate 20 provided in the front opening of the reflecting plate 4, a multilayer film filter 21 that allows the ultraviolet rays emitted from the lamp 2 to be transmitted, but will cut visible light is coated on the translucent plate 20, and the multilayer film filter 21 allows to pass the light in the wavelength band, containing the peak wavelength of the lamp in an ultraviolet wavelength region.
