PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a mail creator to easily confirm electronic mail text data into which individual piece of information has been inserted before transmitting electronic mail, and to prevent any electronic mail against the mail creator's intention from being transmitted. SOLUTION: This electronic mail processor 10 is provided with: an input part 14; a communication I/F 11; a storage part 12 for storing registration data 700 for associating attribute data relating to an electronic mail receiver and a mail address and registration data 700T for test for associating attribute data for test with a mail address 701T for test; and a control part 15 for, when a signal showing a test mail transmission instruction is input from an input part 14, performing processing to insert attribute data for test into electronic mail text data according to a tag (identification code) included in the electronic mail text data, and for performing processing to transmit test mail included in the electronic mail text data into which the attribute data for test has been inserted through a communication I/F 11 to the destination of the mail address 701T for test.
