PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a browser from accessing data that does not correspond to a portable terminal by generating data whose link destination corresponds to the carrier of the portable terminal about all hyperlinks in data to be transmitted and received by the portable terminal. SOLUTION: A device is configured to be communicable with various portable terminals and a web server, acquires a user agent from the portable terminals in accordance with a data acquisition request from the portable terminals, and extracts carrier identification information of the portable terminals from the user agent. After acquiring from the web server data related to the acquisition request, the device extracts a link property including the URL information of link destination data in each hyperlink included in the data, generates new data by setting a URL corresponding to a carrier related to the carrier identification information as a link destination URL of the hyperlink and distributes the data to the portable terminals.
