摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for an internal combustion engine capable of avoiding overlapping of a first fuel injection period and a second fuel injection period even when a fuel pressure is lowered, and capable of surely performing fuel injection in a desired amount in the internal combustion engine equipped with a fuel injection valve for injecting fuel to an engine combustion chamber and performing two-time injection type fuel injection in accordance with an engine operation state. SOLUTION: This fuel injection control device for the internal combustion engine is provided with a fuel injection period controlling means for calculating a necessary fuel injection amount in accordance with the engine operation state and controlling the fuel injection period based on the necessary fuel injection amount, and controlling the fuel injection period so that at least the first fuel injection period and the second fuel injection period are not overlapped with each other even when the fuel pressure is varied.
