PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve such a problem that waste asbestos is usually packed in an exclusive bag as it is, which requires transportation of very bulky waste asbestos, causing low transportation efficiency and an increase in cost. SOLUTION: Waste asbestos 2 is contained in a treatment bag 4 and crushed, then a filter is disposed in the treatment bag 4, the suction port 18 of a suction device is connected to an opening end 4a of the bag, and air is sucked from the treatment bag 4 by the suction device through the suction port 18 to reduce the volume of waste asbestos 2 in the treatment bag 4.
