PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical capsule apparatus, which is placed in the living body and can use the observation function and so on by forcing a patient to neither inconvenience nor pain. SOLUTION: This medical capsule apparatus including various function means and used in a predetermined liquid, includes: a capsule containing the function means and rotatably used in a predetermined liquid; and an attitude changing means for rotating the capsule to change the attitude of the capsule, wherein the attitude changing means controls the observation direction of the capsule always to a predetermined direction to the direction of gravity by the center of gravity of the capsule set in a position deviated from the center of the capsule.
