PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive heat-generating body structure preventing falling from a body even if reducing the adhesive force of adhesive for preventing easy peeling of keratin. SOLUTION: This adhesive heat-generating body structure is formed of a flat-shaped bag body storing a heat-generating composition producing heat under the presence of oxygen, and the flat-shaped bag body has a ventilation face at least whose one part has a ventilation property, and an adhesive face having an adhesive layer; and is characterized in that the adhesive face consists of an inner coating sheet A positioned in a side coming into contact with the heat-generating composition and preventing the passing of the heat-generating composition, and an outer coating sheet B positioned in a side coming into contact with a body to be stuck and supporting the adhesive layer; the inner coating sheet A and the outer coating sheet B are stuck at the circumferential edge part; and, except for the circumferential edge part, this structure has non-stuck parts and/or parts being separable when being stuck to the body to be stuck.
