PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging case preventing its falling when being hung and having a low impact on the environment. SOLUTION: In this hanging case having a hanging hook 13 at the rear part of a case body 1, a wind member 8 is pulled out of the upper end of a rear plate 4 of the case body to form a hook 13 at the tip side of the wind member 8, the wind member 8 is wound and fixed to the rear plate 4, and the hook 13 is projected downward from the wind member 8. This hanging case can be formed by bending a single paper board, the hook 13 has no bend to be a hinge, and the wind member 8 is fixed to the rear plate 4 of the case body 1 to prevent the swinging of the hook 13 so that, even if the load of stored matters is applied thereto when displaying, this case has no possibility of falling from a display rack.
