PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and continuously fill a broken bone part with a bone prosthetic material and to position and place it at a desired position in the broken bone part. SOLUTION: The bone prosthetic material 10 is provided with a main body part 14 composed of a coil spring 12 for which a strand is helically wound and extended along an axial direction in a roughly fixed diameter, and a swollen part 16 provided on one end part side of the main body part 14 and swollen in a radial outer direction to the main body part 14. Then, when the bone prosthetic material 10 is filled in the broken bone part 22, the swollen part 16 is moved inside the broken bone part 22 and the swollen part 16 is made to reach the desired position and fixed.
