<p>Removing polyurethane coatings of metal insert components, comprises subjecting the polyurethane coating to a solvolysis treatment in a liquid or vapor state at 150-220[deg] C. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device for removing polyurethane coatings of metal insert components, comprising: a reactor tank (2) with a removable closure lid (7) and a bottom discharge valve (5) that facilitates the discharge of the contents of the tank; a shaft (4.1) that is led through the closure lid and is driven by a motor (1); and support and fastening elements (11.1) that are attached to the shaft (4.1) for objects with polyurethane coatings around metal insert components; (2) a device for the continuous removal of polyurethane coatings of metal insert components, comprising: a U-shaped horizontal reactor tank with a preparation space (12), a steam space (15), a treatment space (16), a finishing space (17), a transport chain (14), which traverses the entire U-shaped reactor tank and fastening elements (11) for the objects to be treated; and (3) a solvolysis agent for removing polyurethane coatings of metal insert components, comprising at least a diol and at least an aliphatic amine.</p> |
