<p>Provided are a MicroElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS)-based light projection engine and a method of manufacturing the same. The light projection engine includes: a light source; a first optical scanner for scanning at least one light beam emitted from the light source in a first direction and including a waveguide capable of moving in the first direction; and a second optical scanner for scanning the at least one light beam transmitted from the f irst optical scanner in a second direction not parallel to the first direction.</p> |
