A food treatment apparatus is provided to reduce the amount of food piled on an inner surface of a stirring bath, by constituting an inner circumferential surface of the stirring bath in a circle shape. A sink ball(200) is installed on a bottom surface of a kitchen sink(S). A food input unit(300) is caught on the sink ball, wherein the input unit enters and exits through the bottom surface of the kitchen sink. A filtering net(100) is selectively equipped on an upper side of the food input unit. A water drainage hole(140) is formed in a lateral surface of the filtering net. A stirring bath(400) is disposed below the food input unit, wherein the stirring bath stirs microorganisms and food, which is inputted through the food input unit. A precipitating bath(480) collects sludge, which is decomposed by the microorganisms, through a plurality of discharge holes formed in a bottom surface of the stirring bath. The sludge collected in the precipitating bath is discharged to the outside through an outlet port(600). The stirring bath consists of an upper stirring bath(420) and a lower stirring bath(440), wherein the upper and the lower stirring baths are inserted into each other to form a longitudinal section of circle shape or oval shape. |
