A system for manufacturing online teaching aids by using a standard template, and a method for manufacturing the online teaching aids by using the same system are provided to enable a user to select various professor-learning forms and to create design themes. A system for manufacturing an online teaching aids using a standard template comprises a plurality of internal PCs(10), and a plurality of external PCs(20), a network(50) interconnecting the internal and external PCs through the internet(30) and fire walls(40) and a server(60). Wherein, the server stores standard templates as a database and is connected to the network so that all the PCs are able to inspect the standard template through the network.
