Disclosed the use of (a) a transduction enhancing agent, wherein the transduction enhancing agent is of formula (I) or (II) as defined in the specification and (b) a composition comprising oncolytic adenovirus CG8840 in the manufacture of a medicament for treating cancer of the bladder, wherein the medicament is formulated for topical administration to a luminal surface of a bladder and wherein the medicament is formulated for separate, sequential or simultaneous administration of (a) and (b). Also disclosed are compositions of the above ingredients.
