A safety apparatus for a fireproof shutter is provided to enable people to escape from fire through a fire exit promptly and safely to a safe place when the fireproof shutter is operated. A safety apparatus for a fireproof shutter includes a plate(210), a safety frame(220) and a bimetal(230). The plate is attached to a slate of a fireproof shutter or an intercepting wing portion(150) attached to the slate. Guide members are formed on the plate. The safety frame is coupled between the guide members of the plate by a rotary shaft(221) to rotate. The safety frame is elastically installed by coupling a spring(222) to the rotary shaft. The bimetal supports the safety frame, and is bent to cancel the supporting state at the time of a high temperature and makes the safety frame rotate to pressurize a fixing wing portion(140).
