A variable type dry wall system is provided to create a space according to individual peculiarities by partitioning the indoor space of a building and to recycle materials such as fixing studs and module type walls for remodeling work. A variable type dry wall system for partitioning the indoor space of a building comprises a fixing stud(200) fixed to a wall of a building structure and opened in one direction to have an elastic body within, and a module type wall(300) coupled to the fixing studs and supported by the elastic body elastically, wherein a square shaped support stud(400), which is longer than a board of the module type wall, is inserted between boards of adjacent walls to be projected to support the adjacent module type walls, and thermal insulating materials or sound insulating materials(700) are filled in a block portion of the fixing stud, a spacer of the module type wall, and the support stud to fulfill the function of a wall.
