<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ID recognition by obtaining a communication state between a reader/writer and a RFID and an ID recognition result and easily and surely examining/setting an optimum parameter. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna 9 transmits a slot determination command on the basis of control of a control part 5, slot values are allocated to a plurality of RFID tags (not shown), and an ID acquisition comment is transmitted to RFID tags having made a response to the slot determination comment, to acquire the IDs of the RFIDs. A reader/writer operation log generating part 6 writes the transmission of the slot determination command and the ID as a result of the transmission in a reader/writer operation log. Next, the predetermined number of RFID tags are sequentially called, the IDs of RFIDs are acquired from RFID tags having made a response, and the reader/writer operation log generating part 6 writes the IDs together with comment in the reader/writer operation log.
