PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose such a construction that a damper member is disposed in a more optimal state and the vibration damping characteristics of a brush can be thereby further improved, with respect to a brushed motor provided with a brush bent, at some midpoint between the base side and the tip side. SOLUTION: The brushed motor 1 is so constructed that the damper member 20 is disposed on the brush 8, and the damper member 20 is bonded both to a bent portion 83 of the brush 8 and a brush holder 4. For this reason, vibration of the brush 8 can be attenuated efficiently, even when the tip of the brush 8 is vibrated by the rotation of a commutator 7.
