PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system having a plurality of PCs 2 and a digital copier 3 shared and utilized by the plurality of PCs 2 on LAN 1, for immediately confirming an image input from the digital copier 3 and facilitating a print of a read image. SOLUTION: A document image is read by a scanner part 11 of the digital copier 3 to issue a confirming sheet 50 obtained by reducing and printing these read images. An entry column on which an instruction for printing the read images is to be written for each image is printed on the confirming sheet 50. The confirming sheet 50 is read by the scanner part 11 to inquire whether the instruction for printing on the entry column of the confirming sheet 50 is present. Then an inquiry is made as to which page is to be printed to read the image of the page being printed from an HDD 16 and print the image by a printer part 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
