PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain flat sensitivity characteristics, and to suppress the distortion of an acoustic signal caused by external force by improving the sensitivity of a capacitor microphone in a low frequency region. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a capacitor microphone and comprises: a plate forming a still electrode; an island-like fixing part being island-shaped and relatively fixed to the plate; a peripheral fixing part being formed annular or discretely around the island-like fixing part in a view vertical to the plate and relatively fixed to the plate; and a diaphragm forming a vibrating electrode with respect to the still electrode. In the state where the plate and the diaphragm are fixed to the island-like fixing part and the peripheral fixing part, the diaphragm is vibrated with respect to the plate.
