PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission technique for executing control corresponding to places. SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 for transmitting a radio signal to a wireless apparatus estimates a distance to the terminal device 10, based on a radio signal received from the terminal device 10 in predetermined frequency, and recognizes that the terminal device 10 is lost if the estimated distance is longer than a threshold value. An input interface section 46 registers information about the place corresponding to possibility for the terminal device 10 to be lost. A position acquisition section 36 acquires information on a current location of the terminal device 10. A determination section 40 determines at least either a change in the frequency of estimation at the wireless apparatus or a change in the threshold value at the wireless apparatus, based on the acquired current location information and the registered place information.
