PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal, control method and program of the same for reinforcement of security for illegal use by other persons or the like. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal, control method and program of the same are characterized in periodically executing personal authentication in a mobile terminal having the personal authenticating function. In the case where the mobile terminal is executing applications or communications when the personal authentication is requested, the personal authentication is executed after the end of execution of the relevant application or communication.
