PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of efficiently compressing a drawing image point data group in drawing image points for an image comprising a first pattern repeated with regularity and a second pattern without regularity. SOLUTION: In the case of compressing the drawing image point data group comprising a plurality of drawing image point data by each drawing image point in order to form the two-dimensional image comprising the first pattern repeated with regularity and the second pattern without regularity by the drawing image points, a first compression processing section 61b compresses the drawing image point data group in the first pattern by a first compression system that is a run length coding system suitable for the repetitive pattern and utilizing, e.g. the repetition of a data sequence, and a second compression processing section 61c compresses the drawing image point data group of the second pattern by a second compression system different from the first compression system.
