PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability and stability of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This steering control device is provided with a steering angle changing mechanism for changing a steering angle of each of front wheels of the vehicle according to a steering angle of a steering part operated by a driver, a steering force detection means for detecting steering force inputted in the steering part, a vehicle speed detection means, a steering force adjusting mechanism for driving the steering angle changing mechanism by auxiliary driving force according to the steering force and vehicle speed, a steering angle detection means for detecting the steering angle of the steering part, an actual lateral force acquisition means for acquiring actual lateral force of the front wheels, a target lateral force calculation means for calculating the target lateral force of the front wheels based on the steering angle and vehicle speed, and a reaction force correction means for correcting the auxiliary driving force according to a reaction force correction value of each of the front wheels obtained by subtracting the target lateral force from the actual lateral force.
