PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking ban communicator for rapidly parking at a destination while preventing unintentional parking in no-parking zones. SOLUTION: When destinations and way points are set by means of an operation switch group 7 or a remote controller 13 (step S10/affirmative determination), a user is caused to choose whether or not to park in each of the destinations and way points (step S11/affirmative determination). It is determined whether the destinations and way points are set for parking or not in regular order from a place of departure. As to destinations and way points on which decisions to park therein have been made, it is determined based on map data whether or not the destinations and the way points on which the decisions have been made correspond to the no-parking zones. If the destinations and way points on which the decisions to park therein have been made correspond to the no-parking zones, the user is warned to that effect (steps S15 to 18). Meanwhile, as to destinations and way points on which settings for not parking therein have been made, any warning is not made to the effect that those are no-parking zones even if the destinations and way points correspond to the no-parking zones.
