PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating type purified water heating device capable of efficiently heating the purified water without contaminating the same. SOLUTION: This induction heating type purified water heating device comprises a susceptor 3 composed of glassy carbon having water absorption of 0.5 mass% or less and capable of being kept into contact with the purified water, a container 2 composed of a magnetic flux permeable material, receiving the susceptor 3 and constituted to pass the purified water, and an induction coil 6 disposed in a state of surrounding the container 2 or in adjacent to the container 2.
