PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating frame capable of reducing transportation cost for transportation and preventing rattle during use (especially use in long period of time). SOLUTION: When a tip of a fixing bolt 46 is screwed in a screw hole 32 of a bolt fixing member 30, the bolt fixing member 30 is pulled toward the fixing bolt 46 side and is bent, and bending force generated at that time functions to prevent loosening up of the bolt fixing member 30 and the fixing bolt 46. Consequently, it is prevented that the fixing bolt 46 is loosened by vibration of a vibration generating source 16 and rattle is generated even after use of the vibration isolating frame of a long period of time. Also, since a lower frame 14 and an upper frame 18 can be easily disassembled only by loosening the fixing bolt 46, dead space which is created before is not created during transportation of the vibration isolating frame 10, and transportation cost can be kept low accordingly.
