PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve silence without causing someone discomfort by removing a clattering sound generated at a rain hat. SOLUTION: The rain hat attached to the construction equipment is constructed by a dipper-like rain hat plate 11, a connection section 12 attached to an under surface of a protruding section of the rain hat plate, a resilient plate 14 fastened to the connection section by fasteners 13, such as bolts, at one longitudinal end thereof and connected to an exhaust pipe 6 by fasteners 15, such as bolts, at the other longitudinal end thereof, and a fixed end 16 mounted on to the exhaust pipe by means of welding, etc. The rain hat 11 is supported by a plate spring 14 of the resilient plate.
