<p>The insulating material comprises a natural material in the form of feathers of animals, in naturally left condition chopped into a maximum length up to 3 millimeters and mixed with binding material. The binding material has preferably lime, cement and clay, particularly by wetting and an alkaline environment is prepared for the feathers. Plaster material, particularly thermal insulation and floating, is applied as insulating wall panel in the outer area. The thermal insulation plaster (2) is provided on the outer wall (1) and applied with a finishing coat (3) as finishing layer.
