<p>The device for uniformly treating a flat, flexible, porous cosmetic pad such as cotton wool pad from a foam material with a cosmetic lotion for cosmetic and medical purposes, comprises a dosing system (1) for controlled supply of a determined quantity of the medium to the pad, a top opened shell like reception (5) for the pad, and a suction unit connectable to the reception. The pad turned away from the flat side to the medium-subjecting side is subjected with negative pressure by the suction unit during the treatment process. The reception is fed from the dosing system with the medium. The dosing system has a pressurized supply container (2) for the medium, a flow meter (6) and a dosing valve (7) in a supply pipe (4) for the reception. The medium is providable with a pressure of 0.2 bar over atmospheric pressure from the dosing system in the reception. A fluid permeable sub carrier is positioned above the bottom of the reception for arranging the pad. A holding chamber for the medium is arranged between the bottom of the reception and the sub carrier. The suction unit has a vacuum-plunger retractable from the top on the reception. The vacuum-plunger of the pad is subjected with a negative pressure of 0.08-0.12 bar under atmospheric pressure during the treatment and is provided with a gas-permeable binder for the pad during subjecting the negative pressure. The sub carrier and/or the binder are formed as wire mesh from stainless steel.</p> |
