A leaf spring suspension apparatus for a vehicle is provided to perform a variable suspension function by allowing the leaf spring suspension apparatus to support a leaf spring according to load applied to the leaf spring. A leaf spring suspension apparatus for a vehicle comprises a leaf spring(30), hinge pins and bushes(43). The leaf spring has spring eyes(31) at two ends thereof such that the leaf spring is hinged to a frame(20). The hinge pins are inserted into the spring eyes to serve as hinge shafts(42), respectively. The bush is inserted into the spring eye to allow the hinge pin and the spring eye to rotate within a certain angle. If droop of the leaf spring exceeds a certain range, the bush restricts rotation of the spring eye. The bush is made of rubber. |
