An apparatus for testing TAB bonding of an LCD module is provided to make hammers hit in a length direction of a TAB of an LCD module to detect short-circuit and bad contact of hit parts accurately. A holder base is installed to hold an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module(900), standing at a predetermined angle to a base(10). A plurality of hammers(310) are installed at an upper part of the holder base at regular gaps in a length direction to execute a circular motion by a driving shaft(81) of a hammer driving motor(80). The hammers hit in a length direction of a TAB(Tape Automated Bonding)(910) of the LCD module held at holding plates(50,60). Hammer fixing caps(300) are arranged at an upper part of the holder base at regular gaps in a length direction to fix the hammers. The hammer fixing caps rotate in order by the driving shaft of the hammer driving motor to make hammers hit toward the holding plate. |
