A height adjusting structure of a washing machine is provided to reduce vibration and noise by installing a release-preventive unit at a bolt unit of a leg. A height adjusting structure of a washing machine comprises a base(20), a leg(30) having a bolt unit(32), and release-preventive unit. The base forms a lower part of the washing machine. The bolt unit is combined to the base. The plural legs are installed at the base. The release-preventive unit is formed at the bolt unit of the leg to prevent the leg from being overly released from the base. The base has a through hole unit(20A) where the bolt unit is drilled.
