<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure of an actuator (a step motor). <P>SOLUTION: An ISC valve (flow control valve) 51 comprises a valve element 110 for opening/closing a bypass line 70 in which fluid flows, and the step motor 108 having a rotor shaft 127 for operating the valve element 10. The axial movement of the rotor shaft 127 during the opening operation of the step motor 108 is restricted by the abutment of a valve stopper part 256 at the front end of the rotor shaft 127 with the valve element 110. The axial movement of the rotor shaft 127 during the closing operation of the step motor 108 is restricted by the abutment of a valve stopper part 257 at the rear end of the rotor shaft 127 with a cover plate 123. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
