PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping structure of a vehicle body capable of preventing any obstacle when ensuring an arrangement space of on-vehicle components, reducing extensive vibration including high frequency micro-vibration for a long period, and consistently ensuring the ride quality and the steering stability of a vehicle irrespective of the temperature condition and the secular change. SOLUTION: The vibration damping structure of the vehicle body comprises a main structure 3 and a reinforcing member 3i for reinforcing a major part of the main structure 3.
