PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress curling without providing an exclusive curling inhibition part or without placing excessive restrictions on a composition of an ink or a recording-properties enhancing liquid. SOLUTION: An inkjet recording apparatus records on a recording medium by ejecting from a recording head an ink and a reaction liquid which reacts with the ink. Reaction liquid ejecting data are generated for ejecting the reaction liquid onto one side of the recording medium from the ink ejection data for ejecting the ink onto the other side of the recording medium.
