PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a member to play a game by the member only having a storage medium for authentication such as a membership card. SOLUTION: A game medium dispensing machine 1 issues an IC stick having a monetary value and dispenses game balls to an adjoining Pachinko game machine 2 according to the value of the received IC stick. A game medium dispensing system includes the membership card, antennas 71 and 72 forming a communication area S able to communicate with a built-in circuit of the membership card in a space in the front of each machine 2 and a control device communicating with the membership card inside the area S to obtain a membership code. When an IC stick issue is demanded, the machine 1 writes the membership code onto the IC stick to issue. When a ball dispensing is demanded, the machine 1 collates the membership code read out from the IC stick received with the membership code obtained through the communication to lease the balls on the conditions of agreement with the membership codes.
