<p>A method and node to detect neighbor node on RPR are disclosed. In this method, a topology table is maintained in a node, which can be used for making sure if a neighbor node is connecting directly with the said node. The method wins the merit of converging in 50 ms, which overcomes the problem of low detecting speed over control plane, at the same time, bad connectivity problem, low scalability problem and additional bandwidth engrossment can be avoided well.</p> |
