Healthful parboiled green juice is prepared by collecting a Korean wild plant such as mugwort, arrow root, wild rose sprout, mulberry leaves, persimmon leaves, plantain, or Hovenia dulcis Thunb leaves, and then parboiling and grinding or pressurizing the plant. In the preparation method using dropwort, the dropwort is sterilized and leeches that produce themselves on it are destroyed through a parboiling process, and also dropwort juice with good taste and flavor is made.
